These six formidable lions, with their unbreakable bond that was the cornerstone of their dominance, controlled over 70,000 hectares of territory, dominating the landscape with their fearless presence. Their unity and teamwork made them face no competition, leaving a legacy of power and resilience that is truly inspiring.
Their story is one of courage, teamwork, and dominance—a testament to the strength of unity and strategic collaboration.

Mapogos Capital was established by an association of exceptionally talented graduates who all shared a passion for business. Our team includes top-tier graduates hailing from the most prestigious universities globally. Their developing knowledge and experience in corporate and investment banking sectors are now being passed down to small businesses in need, especially those unable to bear the excessive fees charged by premium consulting firms.

Nicole Baro
Consultant | BSc Economics
Nicole is a Consultant with experience across management consulting, venture building, and cultural enterprise leadership. At Mapogos Capital, she has been a critical member, building the firm’s infrastructure and services while advising SMEs on operational efficiency, pricing strategy, and brand transformation. Her tailored consultancy packages have enabled clients to optimise costs, strengthen market positioning, and unlock sustainable growth.
She is also CEO and Founding Member of FiliFest CIC, the UK’s leading Filipino cultural festival, which has grown into a significant platform connecting communities, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Under her leadership, FiliFest has scaled to attract thousands of attendees, secured sponsorships from global brands, and delivered high-impact campaigns that boost cultural visibility and engagement.
Alongside her consultancy and leadership roles, Nicole brings hands-on industry experience from Brown-Forman, a global FMCG company, where she worked in Operations and Insights. She managed commercial reporting, streamlined financial processes, and developed tools to improve performance tracking and decision-making across the business.
Nicole holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bath. She combines analytical rigour with creative strategy, enabling her to turn economic insight into practical, measurable solutions that drive enterprise value and long-term transformation.

Damian Adamski
Consultant | BSc Physics
Damian is a data analyst and researcher with strong expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modelling. He has applied his skills in the venture capital sector at Mapogos Capital, where he built and maintained price prediction models that directly improved client profitability and automated workflows.
With experience in both research and industry, Damian has worked on projects ranging from large-scale transformer data analysis to creating simulations in particle physics. His ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights has supported decision-making processes across technical and business contexts. This combination of commercial and technical projects has given him a broad foundation in data analysis and applied research.
Damian’s current focus is on the intersection of artificial intelligence and business operations. He is particularly interested in how automation and machine learning can enhance efficiency within venture capital and other corporate environments.
He also graduated from Durham University, studying physics, and outside of work, Damian enjoys practising Muay Thai and reading. He also keeps up with emerging technologies and follows trends in artificial intelligence and venture capital.

Madalina Samoila
Consultant | Bsc Mathematics with Statistics
Madalina is a Data Consultant with expertise in data analytics, predictive modelling, and business transformation. At CadDo, a UK-based analytics firm, she led the development of end-to-end Activity-Based Costing (ABC) models for an FTSE-100 company, integrating complex datasets and building automated SQL workflows that improved efficiency and accuracy. She also designed Streamlit dashboards for ESG simulation tools, helping multinational clients optimise transportation costs and operational performance.
At Mapogos Capital, Madalina advises SMEs—including firms in the construction sector—on scaling operations and enhancing profitability. Her work spans developing predictive pricing models in Python and Excel, designing brand strategies and digital identities, and implementing data-driven solutions to strengthen business decision-making.
Previously, during an internship at Cervello, she co-led the development of a GenAI-powered Analytical Service Bot, applying her skills in Python, SQL, and agile project management to deliver innovative client solutions.
Madalina holds a First-Class degree in Mathematics with Statistics from King’s College London. She combines strong technical ability with a commercial mindset, enabling her to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and transformation.

Angelo Desouza
Consultant | BEng Engineering Business Management | MSc Predictive Modelling & Scientific Computing
At Mapogos Capital, Angelo drives business transformation by combining banking expertise with advanced predictive modelling to help clients not only stabilise but thrive. With a background in credit risk analytics, he brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to diagnosing financial challenges, forecasting outcomes, and designing turnaround strategies that deliver measurable results.
Angelo specialises in bridging the gap between technical modelling and strategic execution. He leverages tools such as Python, R, and MATLAB to build robust forecasting models, optimise risk
frameworks, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth.
His work spans financial modelling, risk advisory, and operational optimisation — enabling small and medium enterprises to make confident, evidence-based decisions in high-stakes environments.
Whether it’s restructuring debt portfolios, enhancing credit scoring systems, or modelling the impact of strategic pivots, Angelo ensures that every recommendation is grounded in quantitative insight and aligned with long-term business goals. His predictive mindset allows him to anticipate market shifts, mitigate risk exposure, and position clients for sustainable growth.
He holds an MSc in Predictive Modelling and Scientific Computing, as well as a BEng (Hons) in Engineering Business Management, from the University of Warwick. His professional interests include artificial intelligence, private equity, and financial technology. At the same time, outside of work, he enjoys Muay Thai, marathon running, chess, and exploring topics such as ESG, analytical psychology, and Stoicism.

Adhurim Doci
CEO | BSc Accounting and Finance
Adhurim Doci is the Founder of Mapogos Capital, a micro private equity firm dedicated to acquiring and transforming family-owned businesses. He is recognised as an architect of value creation solutions, specialising in pricing systems, cash flow optimisation, company turnarounds, and operational synergies that enable businesses to scale and increase long-term enterprise value.
His experience has been dynamic across industries, starting with early-stage SaaS companies where he supported the optimisation of business models, through to performing company turnarounds for construction firms in London. His professional focus extends to company transformations and the application of AI-driven value creation methodologies, where he combines the value investing principles of Benjamin Graham and Warren Buffett with managerial economics and technological innovation to create a distinctive private equity framework.
Adhurim studied Finance at Warwick Business School, where he was awarded the Future Leaders Scholarship, and was later selected from over 200 scholars to study Financial Markets at Harvard University.
When he has yet to dive into the depth of financial literacy, he appreciates reading about oceanography, 1980s Classic Range Rovers and listening to 1960s Jazz.
