The Legend of the
Mapogos Lions
In the vast wilderness of Sabi Sands, South Africa, a legendary pride of lions known as the Mapogos ruled with unmatched strength and unity.
These six formidable lions, with their unbreakable bond that was the cornerstone of their dominance, controlled over 70,000 hectares of territory, dominating the landscape with their fearless presence. Their unity and teamwork made them face no competition, leaving a legacy of power and resilience that is truly inspiring.
Their story is one of courage, teamwork, and dominance—a testament to the strength of unity and strategic collaboration.

About Us
Mapogos Capital is a UK micro private equity firm. We identify underperforming SMEs and implement value creation strategies that increase enterprise value. The firm was founded by Adhurim Doci and is run by a team with backgrounds in investment banking, corporate finance, quantitative modelling and operational turnaround.
We work in the part of the economy institutional capital overlooks. Founder-led and family-owned businesses carry most of the UK's employment and most of its unrealised value. We bring them the pricing, systems and reporting that larger companies take for granted.
Mission
To bring institutional discipline to the businesses that make up most of the UK economy, and to take them from under-managed to investable.
